1. Project Overview

Designer agrees to redesign and enhance the Client’s website under the Mid-Tier Package:

Local SEO Booster plan for a total project cost of $700 USD.

2. Scope of Work

The Designer will:

• Modernize Website: Redesign the homepage and convert the current one-page site into a multi-page website (approx. 3 pages: Home, Services, About/Testimonials).

• Copywriting: Provide custom copywriting for all redesigned pages with a focus on clarity, conversions, and local SEO.

• Local SEO Optimization:

  • Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) with NAP, categories, hours, description, services, and photos.

  • Add structured local keywords throughout the website and implement on-page SEO.

  • Ensure consistent directory listings (Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook).

• Conversion Enhancements: Improve contact forms, calls-to-action, and embed Google Map & business information.

• Content Strategy: Add an FAQ section or starter blog post for ongoing SEO benefit.

• Analytics Setup: Configure Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance.

• Delivery: Ensure website is fully responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for page speed.

• Revisions: Provide up to two (2) free rounds of revisions after the initial draft.

3. Payment Terms

• Total Project Cost: $700 USD

• Deposit: $300 due upfront before work begins via Zelle.

• Final Payment: $400 due upon project completion before final files are transferred.

• Payment will be made via secure invoice. Designer does not collect or store credit card information.

4. Hosting & Domain

• Client retains full ownership of their domain name and will continue renewing it independently.

• Website will be hosted on Designer’s managed hosting account (included in monthly maintenance plan).

• Designer will assist with full setup and migration.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

• Two (2) free revisions are included after the initial design delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond the two included are available and may be billed at an hourly or flat rate depending on scope.
• Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • • If the Client is still unsatisfied after the two free revisions and chooses to cancel the project, the Designer will issue a full refund, no hard feelings.

    • If the Client requests further revisions beyond the two included, the refund option is no longer available once additional work begins.

6. Ownership & Access

• Upon full payment and project completion, Client will receive:
  • Full website files and access
  • Login credentials for backend admin
  • Ownership of the live website

Designer retains the right to showcase the website in their portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. Liability & ADA Compliance

• Designer aims to make the website reasonably accessible and ADA-friendly to the best of their ability, but full compliance is not guaranteed
• Designer is not liable for issues related to hosting, third-party failures, or content changes made after launch
• All services are provided “as-is” with no extended warranties

8. Termination

• Client may cancel the project anytime before completion
• If canceled before initial delivery, a full refund will be issued
• If canceled after completion and final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued
• If Client is unhappy after two free revisions, the project will be canceled with no hard feelings and full refund
